ILM Award in Management - Levels 4 and 5

ILM Award in Management Levels 4 and 5 - 10, 17 September, 8, 15 October 2010

Do you want to develop your middle management skills? If so, then the ILM Award in Management at levels 4 and 5 are the courses for you.

The Level 4 Award will develop the skills you need in a middle management role. It is an ideal course for middle managers or those looking to become a middle manager. Assessment is through successful completion of a 2,000 - 3,000 work based assignment.

The Level 5 Award aims to further develop middle management skills and knowledge. The course is suitable for those who are currently working in a middle management role or have completed the ILM level 3 or 4 in Management or equivalent. Assessment is through successful completion of two 2,000 word work based assignments.
